Calculators, search and cookies
Subsidy calculations and topic filtering run in your browser. There is no account for saving results and no feature for sending calculations to an installer. Ticking preparation checklists does not submit a request.
The current version has no user registration or installation-enquiry form.
Visitor analytics and advertising tracking are not enabled. Our scripts do not set analytics or advertising cookies or persist calculator contents in browser storage.
Fonts and illustrations load from the site's own files. We do not embed third-party videos, maps or social widgets.
Hosting and retention
Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA provides hosting and content delivery. During a visit it processes technical request data, such as IP address, requested URL, access time and browser information, to deliver pages, protect against attacks and resolve operational errors.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare acts as a processor for customer records; for data processed for its own purposes described in its policy, it may act as a separate controller.
How long information is retained
The application does not maintain a separate visitor database or export operational logs. Retention of data processed for us follows the service purpose and Cloudflare's data processing terms, Annex 1: until the relevant agreement ends or processing is no longer necessary to fulfil its obligations, whichever occurs first. Cloudflare's own processing uses the retention criteria in section 11 of its privacy policy.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare uses a global network, so processing may occur outside the EEA. Its terms provide EU standard contractual clauses and other safeguards for applicable transfers. See section 6 of Cloudflare's data processing terms.
When you contact us
If you contact us by email or post, we process the information you send, such as your name, reply contact and message. We use it to handle feedback or corrections on the basis of legitimate interests in communication and accurate content. Handling statutory data-protection requests is based on legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the matter. If required for a legal obligation or establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim, we retain it for that obligation or applicable period. Do not send information unnecessary for your request.

Opening a SIEA, manufacturer, seller or other source link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy rules. Read its terms before submitting information there.
Your rights
If your personal data is processed, you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction under GDPR's conditions. Depending on the legal basis and processing, you may also have rights to object, portability and withdrawal of consent.
Send requests to the controller identified above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
