Daikin Altherma heats water; Perfera is air-to-air air conditioning with heating. Distinguish the purpose and exact combination first. Perfera figures do not belong to Altherma, and an older split manual is not a manual for the new Altherma 4.

Altherma and Perfera: exact models and combinations
Altherma 4 H W, H F and H ECH2O use different indoor technology and cylinders. Request both unit codes and the electrical variant.
The exact documented air-to-air combination in the Slovak profile is FTXM35A + RXM35A. The newer RXM-A9 suffix is not automatically identical to RXM-A.
Winter output and seasonal efficiency
The numerical example concerns Perfera air heating only: nominal conditions at outdoor air 7 °C dry bulb and 6 °C wet bulb, indoors 20 °C, 5 m pipe length and zero height difference. SCOP is for the average climate. We do not have a documented winter capacity curve or comparable Altherma W35/W55 example here.

Noise, refrigerant and installation
Do not compare Perfera sound power at nominal heating with Altherma's minimum quiet-mode sound pressure. Request mode, output, standard and, for sound pressure, distance for a proposed system.
The exact manual must define placement, service clearances, any protective area, condensate and frost strategy. Nominal thermal output does not specify the electrical breaker or cable size.
Unit price or a complete system?
These individual offers may concern another generation than the technical table. They are not prices for all Daikin models or a comparison of equal scopes.

What the warranty evidence establishes
Altherma has a documented five-year materials programme. The general public wording and Altherma-specific document differ on maintenance intervals and extension conditions. Confirm the interval, labour and travel in the issued agreement; this is not a promise of five years of all costs.
Confirm in writing
- Generation, full model codes, electrical variant and manual.
- Output and COP at the same winter and water temperatures; SCOP with climate.
- Which parts, compressor, labour and travel costs are covered.
- Registration, paid inspections, exclusions and responsible service provider.
- Installation scope, total including VAT and exact supported-equipment registration.
Common questions
Which Altherma and Perfera figures can be directly compared?
Only the same quantity at the same temperatures, load, climate and measurement boundary. Another generation or indoor pairing does not automatically share the result.
What does the Daikin warranty include?
The written scope and its conditions determine cover. Compressor or materials cover is not automatically a complete system warranty including labour.
Is the unit price the whole budget?
Only if the scope says so. Connections, cylinder, electrical work, foundation and other work may be separate.
